You may return any item within 14 days of receiving the item in the original condition for store credit or a full refund of the price you paid for the item. Should you wish to exchange for another item or size you can see on the website, store credit will be added to your account upon receipt of your return.
We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase. This does not include the removing of an item from a plastic bag, but it does include the removal of tags.
Items must be dispatched within 14 days of an advice of return email.
If you’re using your own chosen carrier to return, we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. We recommend sending parcels with a tracked service, making a note of the tracking number.
